Frankly, uethello, I am not surprised by that...They ain't spending much on this website anymore...

Can't get a updated calendar and no more PMs....

ResellerRatings is running on 4 dedicated servers costing more than $1500/mo. We have a full time staff including merchant account liasons, admins, developers, daily deal editor, etc, plus marketing costs ($1500/mo gas card promotions and much more in advertising fees), etc. Our site receives nearly 1 million monthly users. We have 400 merchants who subscribe to our Merchant Member program and another 2,000 who subscribe to our free tools. So yes, ResellerRatings is very much alive and well and yes we do spend plenty on the site.

The search function error you saw is possibly a bug - I haven't seen that before.

The calendar function is disabled because no one uses it.

The PM function is disabled because merchants must subscribe to our Merchant Member program to contact customers, rather than using PM's to circumvent that. If we are able to implement a workaround for this at some point, we will.

There was a thread regarding the lack of PM and we never received an answer...

I see that the Members List has all so been disabled? I remember recently, Master Nomaxin, telling us to contact other members through their email account...

I will check the search button and see it I too have issues with it...

I guess Scott is having a Happy Money ShowerTM with the machine that is supposed to magically spray all of his web sites with money.

I wasn't trying to imply anything like that. I was just curious. An hour does seem a bit much.

uethello, not sure why the 'tude, but the minimum time between searches has been adjusted to 5 seconds. Email or post back if it's not working.

fbt, the PM issue was addressed in the other thread.

I did not have any issues with the "search."

How do we email you, Lara, when the members list has also been disabled?

Can you link the thread were the PM issue was addressed, because Master Rooster did a thread on it and there was never a response from management....

Left-click on the sername (it's blue and underlined in the upper left of every post) and select 'Send email to...'. You can also send a email through any members 'Public Profile' page. Again, left-click on the username and select 'View Public Profile'. For example, FBT's profile page.

You must be logged in and if the option to send a email does not appear then that member has decided not to receive emails.
