many user ratings do not correspond to reviews

I found your helpful website as a result of being scammed by a camera seller. However, in investigating other low prices on the web, I find that your numeric rating seems to not correspond to the written content of the reviews. A specific example would be the reviews for US1camera. One good review and a lot of bad ones. I note for instance that on 1/15 Buyer7777 posted an angry dissatisfied review, but the rating on that review was "very satisfied" ?? I wonder if your multiple choice review rating page is too complicated? (seemed simple to me.) Or perhaps somehow the aggregate rating scores are being manipulated? What's going on?

It would also be helpful if it were possible to provide an option to see a graphic of review numeric value Vs. time in order to determine if a company looks like it is improving in customer satisfaction, or going down hill.

The ratings are not confusing!! The bad ratings reflect in their six month ratings vs the lifetime ratings...

People sometimes select an incorrect survey answer; notify us via email when such discrepancies are found and we'll attempt to contact the reviewer to have them check and verify their review for accuracy. We'll contact Buyer7777 in this regard.

Our survey is not difficult - there are only 6 basic questions, each with 6 possible satisfaction ratings, including "don't know".

Using US1Camera / us1camera.com / us1digital.com / Photomania - us1photo.com - Reviews, Ratings and Prices at ResellerRatings again for our example, in the 'Overall Customer Satisfaction Rating' box you can check the 6-month rating vs. the lifetime rating, and you can click either of the bars, or 'show category ratings' to get responses to those individual survey questions over the past 6 months.

I meant to write a dissatisfied rating, but because of the scroll wheel on my mouse, I changed it to very satisfied by accident. I changed it when i noticed.
