This is my first posting and in checking out the merchants who alledgedly participate in the green check marks, I find that a lot of them "do not respond" to the customer complaints. If they do, its usually to the lesser complaints, such as shipping delays, blah-blah-blah. The serious complaints never seem to be responded to. For a newbie to this site it can be very misleading and can get them in real trouble. Must be a better way. Just my opinion.
