Store Ratings Display Suggestions

When viewing a list of stores, you frequently see many stores with a rating of "N/A" even though they have been rated. I realize that this is because they have not been rated within the last 6 months. Is there any way you could also list the overall rating next to the 6 month rating? Maybe the rating in small print in parens or having the 6 month rating / overall rating.

This would do a few things. First it would allow a user to have a better idea as to if the store ratings are on the upswing or downswing. Also, it would allow a user to have an idea if they want to even check out reviews for a store instead of having to click on every store that has a "N/A" rating.

Also, could you please fix the issue where when a store has a zero rating, it still shows up as "N/A" (e.g. A&M Photo World - multiple reviews for a 0 rating the last 6 months)?

Though I have already replied to you privately in this regard, I wanted to follow-up here as well and thank you for your suggestion, which has been forwarded to our dev team for consideration.

Was wondering if any progress has been made on this as it's been 4 months. Also, the N/A rating issue is still prevalent. My original thread about that issue was posted in February 2007. Any chance that bug might be taken care of?

Just a follow-up to see if these issues are still being worked on. I originally posted about them in February 2007 and then re-posted about them in this thread in January 2008. I would've hoped these issues would have been corrected by now.

In summary, my two issues are that on the main Store Listing pages, it lists N/A as the rating if the store has not received any reviews in the last 6 months. Also, if the store has received reviews in the last 6 months, but they are all "Very Dissatisfied", it still list the rating as "N/A" instead of "0". In both of these cases, this is very misleading.

Rather sad you are still waiting after two years!!

You make an excellent point, Merg, which I never noticed..

I do believe, however, they did "fit" the problem that you mentioned..

I am not referring to the actual store page. My issues are with the results when searching for stores and you get a list of possible matches. The same issue applies if you look at the list of store alphabetically.

Sorry for not replying. If you're referring to a reviews page like this one, Broadway Photo / A&M Photo World, Regal Camera, Prestige Camera, Preferred Photo, Royal Camera, more - bwayphoto.com - Reviews, Ratings and Prices at ResellerRatings, yes it shows n/a for the six month rating but just a few pixels below that in the same box is the lifetime rating: 1.18 (for that store). Or are you referring to the browse page (http://www.resellerratings.com/rlist-s1-n2.html)?
