[The Merg]

Didn't there used to be the ability to rate how good a company's website and order tracking was? I've noticed that I have found some good vendors and everything might be great, but there is no way to rate their website itself. Just a thought.

We recently pruned a number of survey questions to make the overall survey process less burdensome. If a specific area is not covered by the existing questions, please remark in that regard in your written commentary and apply to, or adjust, your overall satisfaction rating accordingly.
