N/A Rating is Misleading
I noticed that when viewing the ratings of stores, a lot will show up as having been rated, but the rating shows as "N/A". I realized that the rating being shown is only the rating from the last 6 months. Is there any way to show the overall rating along with the last 6 months rating of a store?
Also, if a store has a zero rating, it still shows up as "N/A" instead of zero. Again, misleading.
An example of the latter is Cameraworld.com. If you do a search for stores with camera in it, Cameraworld.com shows up with a rating of "N/A" with 66 reviews. If you click on the store, you see that in the last six months, they have received 3 reviews, but all were "Very Disatisfied". Shouldn't this cause a rating for the last 6 months of zero and not "N/A"?
I think showing both ratings (6 month and lifetime) on the store list and price comparisons would give consumers a greater view as to the quality of the store (is the store improving or decreasing in its quality). Plus showing the lifetime rating would prevent the large number of "N/A" rating results...
Just a thought...
