RR bias?

I just posted two reviews. Newegg and then UPS. Both state that it could take 48 hours for my review to post. That's fine.

The UPS one showed up right away. Newegg isn't there yet.

My Newegg one wasn't exactly bad. There was a shipping problem. They refunded my shipping, so it worked out ok. (Not the best, the best would be to next day me everything and have me refuse the incoming package that is delayed - but I was satisfied with the refund)

I was just wondering why some show up immediately, but others don't?

Some merchants, like Newegg, subscribe to our premium merchant package; those merchants' reviews will activate 48 hours after being submitted or edited.

Your Newegg review was submitted at 2/15/07 1:40 PM, then edited at 2/15/07 1:44 PM. So, your review will publish at or about 2/17/07 1:44 PM. You can access your active reviews by clicking "my reviews" at the top right of any page (after logging in).

We publish every review, good or bad, on every merchant, unless the review is reported and found to be in violation of one or more of our 16 policies enumerated here, http://www.resellerratings.com/terms.pl, or the review experiences some technical activation issue, whereupon the reviewer should email me or contact us so as to inquire of a problem.

Oh ok, well that explains it. That's probably a good thing then - so those merchants can review the information right away and probably correct the problem.
