Hello Baddogs1,

On our homepage, find the store via our STORE RATINGS search box or browse stores. When you land on the store's reviews page [let's use Newegg as an example], click the yellow RATE THIS STORE button. This will bring you to your review submission start page.

Enter your valid Invoice or Order Confirmation number and provide a detailed written opinion of your purchase experience, answering at least the short survey's questions. Proceed with your review by hitting the NEXT buttons, and SUBMIT when finished. Reviews are subject to our Policies, incl. 1-16.

If you have any questions or would like further assistance, please contact me via the email button below, or send a message via our contact us.

Its true... this company makes it harder than it should be to make ratings.

My guess is they don't want to piss off their customers... which are the stores themselves.

I am trying to challenge a lie that the store wrote in response to my critique but cannot for the life of me find out how to edit my original posting... accident... I don't think so.

Instead of making false assumptions and bad guesses, why not simply email us if you're having trouble? It's just easier to broadcast complaints and wrongful assumptions rather than get the facts or ask for help, is that it?

No store listed on our site is a "customer". We provide services and tools to merchants so they can reply to reviews, view invoice numbers so they know reviews are submitted by their customers, etc. http://www.resellerratings.com/merchant-solutions]. The reason this site exists is to give YOU, the consumer, a place to voice your opinion, rate stores, to inform and warn others about your shopping experiences, plus give you a forum where you can further interact with and help others, for free.

Every review is subject to compliance with 1-16 of our published policies, http://www.resellerratings.com/terms.pl, and the only way a review can be removed is if one or more of those policies are violated. And even then, if and when the review is brought into compliance with our policies - and we are notified about it (we're not psychic) - we will reactivate it. All we ask is that customers write an honest, accurate, detailed written opinion of their experience with a merchant, and answer at least the short survey.

unhappy_in_DC, there are 2 ways you can update or edit your review. Log in, http://www.resellerratings.com/login.pl, and either (A) proceed to the merchant's reviews page and click the yellow 'rate this store' button, or, if your review is not deactivated, (B) you can access it by clicking "my reviews":
