adding a new store - how long?

I ordered 3 APC's from a company called upsforless.com last week and had a great experience, so thought I would add a review but they are not listed. I'm not sure how long this takes, but my suggestion is: allow users to put in the review even if you haven't manually added the store yet and simply queue them until such time as the store is added. I wanted to post a review, but hate having to check, check, and check again if they've been added as a reviewable store yet (feeling like otherwise I'll forget to review them.)

Upon a store's addition to our database an email notification is automatically generated by our system, sent to the RR-registered email address of the submitting accountholder. Please check that our mail wasn't diverted by a spam filter or to a junk folder.
