Delivery Process Survey Questions...

I was wondering if you would consider adding an additional question to the Delivery Process section of the survey. You currently ask about being updated on the shipping date of the products, on-time delivery, damage-free delivery, and ease of checking delivery status. What about adding in a question as to whether the correct items were delivered? I'd say that is probably an essential aspect of a good delivery.

Agreed; that would be a crucial aspect of a good delivery. Such information should always be noted in detail by the reviewer in the commentary section of the review, as well.

I'll send this to our decision maker for consideration.
