Can I suggest: working contact email, and working Price Tally?

I'm a little annoyed that a feature released for public consumption doesn't work in the slightest bit. Price Tally can't hold on to any items I add to it... testing in both IE and Firefox. Great idea that should've been tested to ensure it worked before release to users.

Also, when i attempted to contact RR about the above concern via the email: contact AT resellerratings.com my email got returned to me. Give me a break guys, a major site feature that doesn't even work a little and a contact email address that bounces? My perception of RR as a professional and reputable website has been greatly tarnished, not that you care... but you should.

Price tally has worked fine for me in both IE and FireFox, as for the contact email I'm not sure I've never had to use it.

Contact Email has been finiky for me as well. I guess I have not ever tried the price tally, but the inability to write contact emails and deal submission forms becomes annoying.

Of course we care. ResellerRatings is actively managed every day by a team of developers. We have had no complaints about Price Tally or about our contact form. We will thoroughly test the contact from - however, Price Tally has been thoroughly tested by hundreds of thousands of users and yours is the first complaint, therefore I don't know what we could possibly do in that regard.

Acutally you have had a couple complaints from me about your contact forms. Once, I believe, for the "contact us" form and at least 2 about your deal submission form including an email correspondence to Rob Rich with screenshots and exact text that I imputed.

A year later, I just found Price Tally - and it doesn't work for me in either FireFox *or* Internet Explorer. I can add items to a "watch list", but I can find no way to add anything to the tally list.

How is it supposed to work?

Price Tally has been deactivated for some time now. It was a cool idea but rarely used - we'll probably bring it back at some point. If you found a link, please let me know where it is so I can remove it.

Hmm - I did find a link to it from inside the ResellerRatings site, but I don't remember where.

I believe it was a button, perhaps you could look through your server logs for what pages that button is loading with?
