Email's From RR

Why is it I keep getting e-mails from ResellerRatings asking me if my buying process went smoothly and to complete my review? I complete my review at the time I post my reviews, I've answered all of the questions that apply to my shopping experience. Is it because I reply N/A for customer service and technical support? I replied that way because I've yet to need customer or technical support. All of these e-mails have been received weeks after I've already submitted my completed review. Thanks.

Steve

Hi Steve,

The review/survey is in two parts;

1)
When initially presented with the survey from the merchant's check-out page, you're asked questions about your shopping experience thus far;

2)
After allowing several days for the delivery of your item/s, you'll receive our email reminder to follow-up and finish your review, with questions pertaining to shipping and other post-sale options.

Of course, if you have further experiences afterwards, such as with RMA, customer service, or a new transaction with the merchant, you can log in, proceed to the store's reviews page, click the yellow "rate this store" button, and edit or update your review accordingly.

Oh, okay, I think I see what's happening. In the past, I've not posted my review until after I've completed my shopping experience. In other words, I've already received my item(s) before I start the review process. Next time, I'll start my review when I place my order and then complete my review after receiving my item(s). Thanks for the clarification.
