I've noticed that in this technological world, there are some companies that create multiple websites even though they are one company... basically DBA's. I think that ResellerRatings should create someway to show this among the store reviews.
An example of what I mean...
Broadway Photo (
www.bwayphoto.com)
A&M Photo (
www.amphoto.com)
Digital Liquidators (
www.digitalliquidators.com)
are all the same company (they all have the same mailing address). Of course, in ResellerRatings, each one of these websites (companies) has its own listing. Now in this case, each one of these websites has awful ratings (as they should be consistent, since they are the same company), but there should be some way to show that they are all the same.
As an example of a good company that is doing the same thing, you can look at:
IBuyDigital (
www.ibuydigital.com)
IBuyPlasma (
www.ibuyplasma.com)
Both of these have ratings over 9, but once again they have the exact same mailing address.
Just something to consider. As a side note, does anyone know why this seems to be a common practice among companies on the web?
