PM Box full?

Hello,

I just got an email from ResellerRatings.com telling me that my PM Inbox was full. At the bottom of the forums it says that I'm using only 49% of my total, that being 123 out of 250. Why did I get the email message saying it's full?

Also, I didn't receive the PM that was sent from someone on the boards even though I have a much higher limit on PMs.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Just had a thought... This might be a problem because on the TechIMO frontend, you have it set for 250, but maybe on the ResellerRatings frontend, you still have it set for 120 or around there?

Maybe the total memory the messages are taking up is too much.

It looks like we at TechIMO upped the usergroup limit, but left the global limit at 120. I have updated the global limit to 250.

I will have Scott check the value at ResellerRatings so it agrees with ours, then everything should be back to normal.

You'll notice that the PMs limit and percentages are empty on the RR screenshot. So, probably those just were never set in the forum frontend setup on RR.

Dang, RobRich is a fast little bugger I sent david a PM from the TechIMO side as a test and when I returned to the thread he had already made the changes.

Thanks for the screenshots. It appears the PM usergroup hack we recently installed may not have been properly applied at RR. I have forwarded an error report to Scott.
