Who is mercury??? Are they a good name brand

I posted in another thread asking about Mustek brand....

I got an email from ebuyer a couple weeks back. Had a 4.1MP for around 170 dollars...here is the link to their site

Is this brand decent? I am not expecting every feature of a Canon or Sony....but something that takes good pictures and is easy to use...

Any thoughts? Curious about that Mercury too, if they are any good as well as Mustek. 4MP for $10 cheaper makes me lean towards it.
