Why, did I screw up? I've noticed the 423 pin P4's are more expensive than faster 478 pin ones too. Yes, I did screw up.
Should I just refuse delivery. Would I be better off?

no you didn't screw up per say . it is just rambus memory has to be bought in pairs and it cost more is all . that an ok deal . for 50$ you got a barebones system damn near . if you got the memory already your ok . if you have to get memory it is gonna cost more that ddr .

My 'eeewwwwww' is just for the kind of memory, nothing else is really bad, Just remember, when folks are posting deals about memory, very small chance you'll ever see a deal on rambus memory, so get what you can get now. Rambus will become kinda scarce, someday.
