I've never seen it this inexpensive and it's usually more than double the price at online stores.

It's gamer-friendly, as it uses ctrl+alt+1or2 as the switch. Many kvm's use ctrl-ctrl, which is a common action in many games.

I actually just drove over to the local microcenter and got one two hours ago. It turns out that the hot-key is 2x scroll lock + up or down. This is not what the belkin guy told me when I called, but it's still unobtrusive in games and normal computer use. The cables are 6-ft long, so it's really more than enough space for two computers at the same desk.
Overall, an excellent deal!
