Thought I'd Share a Site

Don't know how many people know about this site:
http://www.knowledgemicro.com
It's the retail storefront for MA Labs, one of the largest vendors of computer stuff and one of 10 or so liscenced Microsoft distributors. They have great prices and very fast service. I don't have any affiliations with them, but I have placed a few orders and have been very happy. Just thought that I'd share.

I dunno...

I spot checked them in a couple of categories and their prices look slightly better than newegg. Shipping can tip the balance either way, though - any feedback on that one? Their RSR rating is a full point below newegg and they only have 10 reviews. (though 8.5 is nothing to be ashamed of) I may try them out though I'm pretty happy with newegg.

Shipping is so-so. The more you buy, the better off you are. You can throw stuff in your shopping cart and calculate shipping charges. I just really like the fact that this is a very large, well established company. Guaranteed no gray market product since they are major players with Microsoft and other manufacturers.

That's not bad, but...

128 megs RAM isn't enough
No OS
The hard drive is an IBM Deathstar
I perfer Intel chipsets over SIS

The case/power supply and the burner are good. I got a better deal over at Dell (larger hard drive, twice the memory, a Geforce 4MX, Win XP Home, Works, and a 15" LCD for only $160 more).

Overall, thier site is pretty good, with good prices and a fair selection (although not as good a selection as Newegg). An 8.5 is a fine rating. I think I'll check them out too if Newegg doesn't carry something (plus, since I'm in California, I have to pay Newegg tax and don't to these guys).
