Its simple.. You act like there isn’t a chance in the world they wouldn’t take them. And when the manager comes to look at it and denies it you say "EXUSE ME?" I have used competitors coupons here before and I drove all the way out here to buy this. And other things along the line. Basically if the manager thinks he can deny the coupon and you wont do anything ie make a scene, demand to speak to his manager etc. he will.. I’ve never gotten turned down for anything anywhere even when it was expired misprinted or somehow otherwise easily deniable.. Play the game.. walk the walk.. get free stuff
Oh and yelling at them and getting mad doesn’t help matters. Keep rational and speak to him/her on equal terms. "Your the manager and you meet competitors prices and yet you wont take this coupon because??" "Are you trying to tell me that I have to go there.. purchase the product bring you back the receipt then return what I got there to get this...? That is insane... This is no way to run a business.. I would like your Boss's Phone number AND Address your name and a written description of why you denied this coupon. hehe that always gets um.. they never want to write anything down : P
And once they set a precedence with a coupon they have to take it again. You or someone acting on your behalf can go in there and try and use it and if they deny it you can simply say "Well my friend used it in this store.. What is the exact reason you wont take it from me...." let that hang in the air for a second and they will take it : P oh did I mention I’m a part time social engineer.
Don’t be meek about these coupons deals and specials.. You the consumer have the right to get the best price your not doing anything wrong and therefore should stand up for your rights and not always accept no for an answer.
