Same Model as dadamet's got.

I dont see much of the "we'll take competitors coupons" kind of stuff around here, so I'm sticking to OD. Only thing anyone else has that OD doesnt is KVM's, which are massly overpriced in the B&M's around here. The OD cashier just puts in the coupon code and it goes through, so its easy. They actually rip out the coupon anyways, so you can do the same if you dont want the searchcactus stuff on the bottom.

...and guys...what chair??

Hehe...I was sceptical for good reasons. Took it to OM and was gonna get a 200pk cds which was about $5 AR and a memory stick which woulda been $19.99 AR...showed coupon to manager..he looked at it and said "this is for office depot"...I said "I know, dont you take those though?"...he laffed and said "no".
I see all these pricematches and etc you guys get and it makes me a little ill cuz that stuff dont fly in my town....then again..peeps around here are so tight that A+ certed techs hafta beg to make $8/hr.

JP

PS..May put in a call to regionla office to see about the coupon.

Folks, it's so simple.

#1 Print Coupon
#2 Cut out coupon
#3 Give to clerk along with money. [Office Depot takes em gladly]

j/k fur sure doodz, if you can get Sears to honor them, then go for it

Yes, at OD it is surely straightforward...problem comes when there is no OD local but there is OM. At that point it becomes a matter of the managers discretion. Depends somewhat on the prevailing "spirit" of the town. See how many peeps in this thread have used this coupon at OM and staples? hehe, but not in my little one horse town. (one horse but 60-70000 peeps in total local area). Problem arises cuz there is only one OM here..no staples, no CompUSA, no OD. No competition. One hospital in town means you have 2 simple choices....wait 6 hrs in ER or stay home.

I took the coupon and the merchandise to the counter, he refused the coupon and then told me the total like I was still gonna buy it, lol. In this case, the managers discretion cost him the sale. I guess in his mind he still "won"?

Many local businesses take competitors coupons..Dominos and pizza hut do..many others.

Hard to believe, but it's the only one of the big retailers not in Monmouth County. All the others are within spitting distance. We have an Office Max, and the manager said he will happily honor Office Depot coupons, as long as I can prove this is an Office Depot coupon.

It looks good but it still does not show a URL that can be identified with Office Depot.
Edit: my bad, just thought it was a way to reveal the truth.

as for my adventure i got the chair and it will end up being 20 if i get my rebate. i didnt think to ask ?'s about the other price i just thought it was a mistake. And i went by best buy and tried to get them to take the coupon cause i was buying the maxtor 80gig for $80 norebate. well they called and said that od dont carry maxtors so they cant honor the coupon. oh well i bought it anyway

Suggesting action of this nature is fradulent and contrary to board regulations.

Just cut it out and drop it on the counter.
