Any good deals/suppliers for things like tables, desks online?

I need some sort of table or desk to build comps on. At work Ive got this fat desk with plenty of room. Im looking for something for my apartment. I guess I could go with one of those cheesy pressboard folding leg tables but they always end up warped and bowed etc. Maybe Ill just get something from staples delivered next time I buy something from them. Any good used outlets online?

You might want to look in your local yellow pages for office furniture suppliers to see if there are used furniture resellers. Shipping for online furniture may be expensive.

You may look at IKEA.com or enetfurniture.com or even build your own table. Get a preformed kitchen countertop at Home Depot and two short filing cabinets to prop it up on. Even a solid door will work as the "workbench" but the countertop has the melamine surface which works great for building stuff on.

Good luck.

I actually found a decent work table at kmart. I wanted something pretty deep (wide) and found a dinner table there. It had the legs on the corners that went out at an angle so I'm not banging my kness like with the normal utlility table I had.

IKEA had a nice one in an ad in today's paper (think it was called "Nero". But here's their catalog.
