The new ones have free shipping, the refurbs don't seem to; so the refurbs will probably cost more than the new ones when you include shipping (idiotic, if you ask me).

I recently bought a set of Creative Labs 5300 5.1 Speakers for $90 at Best Buy. The retail for $100 there, but I had a 10% off coupon (not to mention interest free financing for 18 months with payments-I combined it with my monitors for my new system (3 monitors for my Matrox card)). They sound great, but it doesn't have a digital input-analog only. They are $80 at Newegg-but they are fairly heavy so shipping is $18. At Buy.com, they are $78.57 (who comes up with these prices?)-but again, shipping will be a lot-hard to tell what exactly shipping will be without actually buying the items that don't have free shipping from Buy.com.
