What am I doing wrong. I'm trying to purchase this Panasonic 46" Plasma for 549 shipped. When I click on get this deal it comes up as 629 next click add to cart and I'm offered a $40 refund if I open a new Visa CC. So now price is 589. Go on to check out and it stays at 589. How do I get it down to 549 shipping included?

Price increase. Prices on Amazon can be moving targets, especially for promotional sale items. Supply, demand, margins, etc.

Looks like Amazon has increased its price to $749.95 shipped.
