I ordered one of these last Saturday (12/5/09). Staples sent me a confirmation email stating that it would be in my local store the following Friday. Friday comes around and the store hasn't even a record of the transaction. I went to the website to track the order... it hasn't even been processed yet!

I sent an email to them and have yet to get a reply.

This transaction has left a sour taste and put me off ordering from Staples ever again!
