As far as I know, the OEM version comes without the software. Unless you already have the software to watch Blu-ray and HD-DVD movies you will have to buy it separately, making this not such a good deal.
You will be better off buying the retail version.

That's $15 more then the OEM version, Doesn't specify what is on the 'software disk'.
