The fine print of the offer states that the offer is valid for today only, or until the funds run out. It seems like you won't know if they have enough funds left for your cash back until after you have already made the purchase. Am I reading this right?

I suspect there would be a notice posted or the promotional page retracted if/when the promotion budget is met. However, I can not speak for Newegg, so YMMV. Still, if truly concerned, you should be able to use Newegg's Live Chat and/or customer service phone number to verify the terms before finalizing the check out of an order.
