We have received word that Wal-Mart stores should have the Compaq CQ50-139WM Notebook Computer (Celeron 575, 15.4", 2GB, 160GB, etc.) available for a low $298 with no rebates required starting at 8:00AM (local time) on Saturday (11/8). There should be a minimum of ten per participating store, but as usualy with such deals, "your mileage could vary" highly depending upon local stock and regional promotions. Expect lines to form early and stock to sell out fast.
