I've been trying to access Dell regarding Inspiron 530s Desktop ($299) for hours. Got this reply last time:

It appears the e-value code ended earlier than initially expected. Happens occasionally. When it comes to Dell promotions, "expiration dates" are oftentimes best guesses, as Dell marketing can change fast.
