Oh man, if this trend continues someone (me!) will be getting a new TV this year.

American (somethingorother) here locally is giving away a free 50" Hitachi plasma with good specs with any $3200 purchase...and their furniture prices are pretty good, too! I almost financed a relative just for the "free" TV (though it would have actually cost me the interest not saved by not paying that amount of money towards a loan that is charging me interest).
