this laptop DOES NOT have a dvd burner, only a cdrw/dvd-rom combo drive. the newspaper ad is wrong as is the website !

if you have purchased this already you can call 1888-best-buy, choose option 2 and when you are connected to a live person tell them that you want to file a complaint about a purchase you made in the store, most CSRs will agree to give you a $50 Best Buy card to make up for the error.
