That is a GREAT looking TV. I have been shopping 42" plasma tv's & this one has the best looking panel I've seen.

*sigh* That's less than half of what I paid for my ~50U 42" Panny a little more than a year ago -but so far I have been very happy with it.

Flat panel televisions should continue to drop for the next few weeks, especially LCD models. Wholesale prices are expected to nose dive over the summer.
