$8 cheaper shipped then newegg, but I stay away from Maxtor since I have had 4 drives that had to be RMA'ed in the last year including the one currently a 500gig model#7H500F0. Surprisingly all of the Seagate drives I have used are still cruising along, I'm surprised Maxtor didn't get much better after Seagate acquired them.
