I know it is not the same drive, though it is the 7200.10 (perpendicular) version. I purchased three of the 7200.10 320GB drives. None of them reports the same size. One reports 284GB, one reports 305.8, and the last one reports 305.9GB. All the same drive, same model number. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else has experienced discrepancies in size in drives of the same model in the 7200.10 series. (The 305.8 and 305.9 I can readily accept, but the 284GB one seems completely out there). (Those are formatted sizes).
