Last year Bill O'Reilly said he would publicly apologize if WMD were not found in Iraq. I have to hand it to Bill for living up to his promise.
"WASHINGTON – Conservative television news anchor Bill O'Reilly said Tuesday he was now skeptical about the Bush administration and apologized to viewers for supporting prewar claims that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. "

Well here we go with the spin doctors.
first off Bill did not say he was skeptical of the Bush administration.
Secondly O'reilly is not a conservative news anchor. He does not contend that he is a new anchor he is a commentator (which means he does not claim to report the news) he comments on it and states his opinion. Thirdly he is not a conservative and makes no claims to be. He takes both liberal and conservative postions.
I also congradulate him on apologizing. Good to see that.
You will also note that he does not think that going to war was a bad thing. But he is upset that nothing turned up and thinks that hurts us in future endevors. But he does not blame the Bush administration, he leaves that open for some actual evidence of wrong doing.
