they have no right to deny a perscrition written by a Doctor to a patient..

In my mind if I agree to work for someone knowing that that's their policy, then I should submit to that policy. But I didn't even know about it

and to think, i used to think most people there were at least somewhat smart, considering it has two colleges in it.

EDIT: which do you agree with bovon? in my mind eckerds is a business with a strict policy which these employees violated. violating company policy is grounds for dismissal.

i'm also curious which church they went to...really just out of personal curiosity

yeah, true. and if they want to object that's their right, i just hope they see that this was because these employees broke company policy (and i think it says something else that these guys didn't even know the policies of their employer)

what if this was a last minute thing... you have a couple of hours to take the pill, it's been already 2 1/2 days.

you go get your pill, and you are denied by some idiot pharmacist..

It's mind-boggling that this guy claims he didn't know the policy. Did he assume that his job was to fill prescriptions whenever he felt like it, or only if he happened to agree with the doctor, or only if he was in the mood, or what? What a maroon.
