patriot act, increased monitoring of citizens/decreased privacy, DMCA, sewers that are stinky, national *free* healthcare (or lack thereof...), monopolies, no-bid contracts won for the re-building of war-torn countries, etc

1 - America can not compete with countries because wages too high (trade imballance) Love to see some electronic widgets manufactured in the US again.
2 - Big problem overpriced healthcare. I see insurance driving prices up but I see no alternatives or workable plans yet to fix it.
3- Overfunded improperly distributed education
4 - Yes the democrats have been spinning the truth a bit lately, (less than truthful politicians). of course the president is honest but not too sure bout kennedy. I think Kerry is probably mostly honest.
5 - Lack of action barring illegal immigrats from earning wages
6 - Big problem innefective intel agencies
7 - domestic terrorism gonna happen till source is killed or or transformed.
8 - citizens sexual preferences or marriage partner choices
9 - economy on the rebound (if democrats take the whitehouse they will of course take credit for it) They know it is on the rebound and just pray It continues slow recovery because their is an economic explosion on the horizon they want credit for.
10 - World wide problem follows the economy (unemployment)

I put 9 and 10 where they are because the economy is doing fine. I would not suggest monkeying with developing tons of programs which will be with us for decades in order to start a freight train already starting up.
