Bride and Widow in Single Ceremony

This marriage isn't going to be for the purposes of procreation, or for raising kids with both father and mother, either. (Interesting that French law anticipated the problem.)

Question: if you can legally marry a corpse, what's the problem with same-sex marriage?

It MIGHT legal to marry a corpse but having sex WITH IT - THAT is illegal.

Of course the corpse would have to be the opposite sex to be legal!

Besides THE FRENCH are weird, the laws that France has, has NOTHING to do with what we see as legal and right here in the good ol' USA!

So if your wife dies, are you still married to her corpse, or does that take another ceremony?

On that same thought, how will this lady get a divorce, if things don't work out between her and her corpse?

Thank God my Huguenot forebearers left their ancesteral home. What an incredibly bizarre group my cousins have turned out to be.

lolololololol

if she ever goes on a date again, will he rise from the dead and strike them both down for cheating?

I thought the post was going to be more like "she married him, and someone objected and shot him" or something like that. this is too weird for me
