I just heard this song, and it sounds like the original "One" but with sound clips throughout the song.
Are these clips from some movie or something?

Don't quote me but I believe the sound clips you hear are from "Johnny Get Your Gun" which was part of the video.

I think they are clips that they used in the video. The rare version is one that is cut from the video, I believe. Where they got those clips, I do not know.

From the movie Johnny Got his gun
Which was based on a book of the same name I believe.
Excellent song 
btw, really not all that rare.. the long version is quite long so not often played. Think its 8 or 9 minutes total.

Seriously messed up story in One....but probably one of the best music/ video/ audio file songs/music video's I've ever seen. Beats the heck outta watching a bunch of guys smash stuff in technicolor swirls....
