Cheapo Car Insurance?

Anyone know of any good car insurance companies for a 16 year old with no driving experience? I know insurance aint cheap, especially for someone my age who wants a V8 Mustang GT. My mom called up AIG and they wanted $2400 EVERY 6 MONTHS! Thats insane. My dad says between the two cars we have now (Ford V8 SuperCrew and 1986 LTD) its only $1200 a year. I hate being a child.

Anyway, if any of you know of a cheap insurance company I would appreciate it. I dont need maximum coverage or anything. Just liablity, collision, and probably theft.

Also, how much can I get off for completing a Driver's ED Theory course and getting A's and B's in school?

16 + V8 mustang = take it in the butt for insurance . no way around it . my son pay 142 a month for bare min insurance on a 95 hyundia ....
