I'm not a Kerry fan, but it happens on both sides if we're going to judge this objectively. Doesn't make it right, but it doesn't make him any worse than most either. Kinda like picking through the garbage to fine the "good" junk

Not sure fingers if it makes him worse per say.

But he is also appears to be one who seems to speak out most vocally on the ills of government and of course breaks his own rules.

he's just another politician... just like them all
It would be nice if we could get somebody in there thats not a career politician... but well.. it takes a boatload of money to get in there and politicians are one of few groups that can raise that kind of money....

it just takes a lot of grease

A non carreer politician has alot of positive appeal, but the reality is that even most of them have an agenda that must be tempered by politics or they will fail to meet anyones expectations.
