Avatar doesn't move.....
My avatar won't animate.... Can anyone help? I had to resize the image and once I changed the size it quit moving.? I changed the size and set it to a transparant backround and now he just sits there.... Doh! Here is the original...:

what program did you edit it with? Try www.gifworks.com it will resize it and leave the animation

Animated gifs are actually a series of layered pictures. In a regular graphics program all you see is the top picture. All other pics in the series were stripped out when you resized and saved.
Like suggested earlier, use gifworks...or if you have PaintShop Pro, use the Animation Shop it contains.

I will try the GIFWORKS next time.. Not sure what program I was using. Some sort of Photo editing/etc. Program. Thanks guys!
