Child pay.

Interesting how bush causes child pay and kerry who proposes even more spending will not.

He does not seem to want to repeal the tax cut, just re-distribute it so no new money there, He wont pull out of iraq, no money there.

Kid pay will simply be a level worse under kerry under his current platform.
