In the long run I think it's good for everyone. One more country that learns to develop their economy is a plus. Generating revenue that turns to spendable revenue looking for American culture positive.
I don't want to work in a call center. There are zillions of other minimum wage, crappy working condition jobs I'd rather work at.
They interviewed a professor and she said we are exploiting the Indian youth... sigh... (what is it about educators? )
An excellent income (in that country) a chance to understand other cultures and be able to pick positive influences they could later apply to their own businesses... exploitation..
