Most definetely...I was amused by the horse and carriage commercial, and the one with the guys bragging about their dogs and Miller Lite??? Otherwise, not worth the big bucks they spent on most of them.

Most ads on TV are lame....wonder why some places waste so much money on them.

This years was pretty lame. I think it was because most of it was CBS "CSI" commericals and "the anti-drug".

They have gone down hill, one year they were great and became popular, now they aren't all that great even tho they spend soo much and many people watch them. I normally hit mute when the commercials come on, but i hardly watch tv anymore anyhow.

hmm... is this true?
Quote:
The astounding stunt appeared to have been planned all along, with Jackson sporting a strategically placed star over her right nipple, which had been exposed to the watching millions.

Later it was confirmed that CBS, which broadcasts the Super Bowl and the half-time show, had approved of the tear-of strip.
From here.

They approve it, then apologise?

Cheers
Mick

Is anyone else as tired of the Cadillac commercials as I am? I don't care what music you play, it'll always be an old man's car to me.

Overall, the commercials were mediocre.

Agreed...very lame commercials. Thank goodness for the halftime peep show!

I like the one where the players from teams that didn't make the SuperBowl all sang "Tomorrow"! All the other commercials weren't all that great.
