The trial of Jerrod Castleman and his father, Pocahontas lawyer and former district judge Bob Castleman, was put on hold Monday. The two are charged with mailing a live copperhead to Albert Coy Staton in September 2002.

Had to go look up your profile. Your just a little young to remember. There have been several instances over the years of mailing rattlesnakes here in Missouri and in Arkansas. The last one I remember was in the late 60's or early 70's.

I was in a house once....and someone threw a nice big snake in the living room....interesting to see how quick people can clear out, lol....of course there is always that last poor soul stuck in the hallway when everyone else has went into a room and locked the doors, lol.
