Good question likely he will lose his job as a judge and probably have a fun time getting a job just to finsih retiring, that will teach the guy, shooting a teenager for a snow ball fight, hopefully the guy will pay dearly.

The parents of those kidds need to pay dearly for their childrens failure to abide by social conventions. Such as property rights, respect of others.

They just got a concentrated dose of proper manners. This lesson will benefit the kids for life. For teaching the children manners he judge should be payed.

Seems a bit overboard but then again we do not know if the judge lived a mile off the road and the kids were actually the same ones who had been by 5 or 6 times last week to break the judges windows.

Could have been a row house with a 10 foot lawn and kids were simply playing in the street.

So I can not judge the entire incident. but I do have a pet peve with kids not being tought societies rules.

We have lawsuits for kids who climb your trees and get hurt or fall into your pool. so I tongue and cheek say shoot em with a little rock salt or pepper em from 80 yards with bird shot (hurts but wont kill ya much) teach em a lesson.

I just can't believe you would agree to the judges pov.
I don't see any possible way to indemnify the judges actions, I can only wonder how someone in thier right mind would agree to shooting a teenagers in the arm possibly paralizing the arm not to mention what other damage could have been done, all for a snow ball hitting a house?
He was close enough to penatrate the arm with a bullet, obviously he was close enough to seriously injure a kid.
also what if he missed and hadn't hit his arm?

Where on earth did you get that idea from

Even if that possibly made sense or even ever happened, not likely it did, that would never give any one the god givin right to injure anyone, what on earth is wrong with you?
They probably understand society laws and rules, however they weren't out there to break the guys windows, they were out there playing.
I'm pretty disgusted with a the thought of shooting a kid for playing around and making a mistake with someone agreeing to it, the judge should sit and rot in jail for his actions, the guy had no right or is in his right mind as it was a very sinful act.
I'm not sure what your situation or what experiences you had with kids, that is just immoral and dissolute to hurt a kid like that.
I could see maybe being disciplined in an appropriate manner, but this appalls me.
I don't see how an innocent mistake of a snow ball goin amiss and hitting the side of a house that couldnt possibly have done dammage to it could ever justify a depreciating act such as this.

Edit: Someone with the moral values you have is going on my ignore list.

Actually he should have gotten closer to insure the blast worked better.

Just kidding. I must have edited that I had my tongue in my cheek earlier. I though it was written in the last post but I must have nixed it by accident.

I do believe kids should be reigned in. but this would appear to be a bit extreme example of teaching a lesson.
