Why is Warthog always first on this list? (see attached) Always! He has never, ever, ever not been first on this list. Why? Does the code here as TechIMO know something that we don't?

Maybe it's got something to do with paying Scott bribes. Who knows?

About Wart being first on the list...well, it all started back when I was a boy...back in the days that we only had 3 flavors of ice cream...chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. My favorite was always chocolate, boy I just loved when my Daddy would put an extra scoop in my bowl when I was upset about something. *sigh* The good ol' days...
