Some people do have the ability to be TOTALLY unaware of their surroundings....but yes, also in a CROWDED aisle like that, a little "heads up" would have come in handy.

Well, the company is not totally at fault. I mean if she wasn't so obese, she would have had far less momentum and a "softer" fall.
