Leather & Vinyl Repar Kit ... FYI Review

Fellow Members:

Ever see that commercial on television for a kit to repair leather upholstery? Well, my dog - when he was younger - ripped a couple of areas of a fairly expensive leather recliner. I had planned on having a professional fix it. Then I saw the commericial (www.asseenontv.com) for "the kit" and figured, "What the Hell." I used it yesterday on this burgundy leather recliner and it WORKED. Frankly, I was shocked but presently surprised. Pleasantly surprised enough that I decided to post this "consumer review."

I had thought about using that stuff on a tear in my cycle seat but was afraid the heat in the summer and freezing in the winter the stuff wouldn't work, but it sounds like it worked great for you.

MDS:

I don't ride this recliner up and down hills, i.e., it's not a "mountain recliner."

And I do not set it in the sun. But the product is also supposed to be used on car upholstery, and it gets pretty hot in cars. So I figure it should work on a bike seat.

Good luck.
