Place to buy DVD's?
Hi guys,

Looking for a site like THIS ONE that are reliable? I am looking for some more movies that aren't as popular, and I don't want to have to pay $17.99+ for movies from the local Borders, and other stores like that.

Any recommendations? Thanks. (Places that sell obscure movies that aren't as popular are fine as well).

I plan on doing some research on several companies anyway, so feel free to post a company.

I'd prefer avoiding Ebay, but in the end may not have a choice.

Well, just ordered from DVD Empire. A friend of mine ordered from them and said they were good. (He also told me that if I didn't get my stuff soon, he'd partially pay for my order. )

I remember when Deepdiscountdvd used to have a pretty high rating at RR but it looks like their service has dropped in recent times and has become quite unsatisfactory.

..well it doesn't look like Dvdempire's got that high of a rating either...

I saw what RR said about Dvdempire and Deepdiscountdvd as well. I figure that I will give Dvdempire a chance.

I did a non-scientific test and looked for a selection in Deepdiscountdvd's British Comedy section " http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/genre.cfm?genre=BR" and compared it to Amazon.com. Deep was only one penny cheaper than Amazon for Coupling - The Complete Second Season.

Deep Discount was hella cheaper for Girlfight...you ARE including the shipping costs from Amazon, correct?

Over $25 (2 DVDs) Amazon has free shipping. This particular DVD was $26.24, so it would get shipped free. Besides, I have an Amazon visa card where 1% of all purchases accumulate and can be redeeded for Amazon products. Since I charge everything I buy, it's like free stuff.

Ahhh, over $25...mine was $15...Amazon had it for $18 + shipping.
